Once your order is placed, you may only make service changes, service appointment changes or cancellations by phone.

For service cancellations or to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 3 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment at least 3 hours prior to your appointment time and/or if no adult [18 years or older] is present at the service location, you may be charged a $125 “No-Show Service Appointment Fee” to the payment information on file.

When available in your area, you will have the option to add Priority Appointment to your order for $49 and have access to our earliest time slot.

We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on all service(s) following the service date of your smart home device installation. In the event you notify Premier Security of a defect in workmanship of services within 90 days of the installation date and we confirm the existence of such defect of workmanship, we will correct such defect. This service warranty: Does not apply to any defects resulting, in whole or in part, from you or third-party acts or omissions (including, without limitation, abuse or misuse of the products or devices). Does not apply to any products or devices (including, without limitation, any defects in the products or devices). and is non-transferable.
