When available in your area, you will have the option to add Priority Appointment to your order for $20 and have access to our earliest time slot.
Prior to your scheduled service appointment, PREMIER will contact you: (i) the day before your service appointment and (ii) one hour before the estimated arrival time of your technician.
Once your order is placed, you may only make service changes, service appointment changes or cancellations by phone at 1.855.437.3344.
For service cancellations or to reschedule your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to your appointment. If you fail to cancel your appointment prior to PREMIER’S arrival or if no adult is present at the service location, you may be charged a $35 “Failed Service Appointment Fee” to the payment information on file.

We provide a 90-day workmanship warranty on all service(s) following the installation date. In the event you (i) notify PREMIER SECURITY of a defect in workmanship of services within 60 days of the installation date and (ii) we confirm the existence of such defect of workmanship, we will correct such defect.
This service warranty: (a) does not apply to any defects resulting, in whole or in part, from you or third-party acts or omissions (including, without limitation, abuse or misuse of the products or devices); (b) does not apply to any products or devices (including, without limitation, any defects in the products or devices); and (c) is non-transferable.
PREMIER SECURITY offers support from 8:00am-6:00pm EST via phone and email. In the event PREMIER is unable to solve a technical problem regarding services over the phone, you may request a technician visit. We may charge a fee for such visit if the services are not covered by the service warranty.
